life:
On August 16, 1960 Joe Kittinger became a real-life superhero
It was the “highest step in the world”. Joe Kittinger made history as he ascended to 102,800 feet in a high-altitude balloon and jumped to Earth, setting four world records. Today, in an attempt to beat Joseph Kittenger’s record, Felix Baumgartner will jump from a space capsule 23 miles above earth.
In one of LIFE’s most iconic covers(above), Joe Kittinger is pictured free falling from the sky during his historic journey when he leaped from the edge of space.
TomorrowToday, in an attempt to beat Kittinger’s record, Felix Baumgartner will jump from a space capsule 23 miles above Earth. Baumgartner would be the first person to break the sound barrier if he manages to do so during his jump.Safe travels, Felix. Read more about tomorrow here.

Le Miroir.
Le Miroir tells the story of a man - in the sense of the human being - which passes from childhood to the status of “old man”, the time to freshen up.
Simply Amazing!
Air Con
Getting excited over the new air con control! You can tell just how eventful my life has been recently. Can’t wait to get the last of the May exams done and dusted as I’ve got two weeks to kick back after that thanks to the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. Cheers Queenie!
Archive
Was scrolling through my archive and noticed that I haven’t taken any webcam photos this year and whilst this is partly due to the army of acne that had declared war on my face, I’m beginning to question whether my life has really been that uneventful. Can’t wait to get these exams out of the way… although I should probably do some revision now if I want to do well!

Blogless
There comes a time in a bloggers life when they have nothing left to blog about.
This is one of those times, which conveniently coincides with the internet blackout in response to SOPA, so lets just call this a protest!
